Hi, I’m Veronica Sulema, the face behind So Glowy. I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist with 4 years of hands on experience, specializing in skin health, result driven skincare, and beauty treatments. For the past 2 years I’ve proudly owned and operated So Glowy LLC. I’m proud to have built a space rooted in care, education, and real transformation. My training includes not only lashes, tints, brows, and full body waxing. But I have also invested in advanced certifications such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, micro/nano-needling, and micro/hydro-dermabrasion. Tools of which I use with precision and intention, always tailoring treatments to the skin, lash, and brows in front of me. I always lead with strong ethics and a commitment to doing what’s right for the skin first, never rushing outcomes or cutting corners. Cancellation Policy

**General Cancellation Policy:** **Appointment Cancellations:** - I understand emergencies can happen, Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so a 50% cancellation fee may be applied. **Late Arrivals:** - If you are running late please contact me as soon as possible so I can make any adjustments. **No-Shows:** - Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a 100% no-show fee. **Inappropriate Behavior:** - Clients engaging in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment or disrespect towards service provider, will have their appointment terminated immediately. In such cases, the client's card will be charged for 100% of the appointment fee. --- These policies ensures a safe, fair, and respectful environment for both clients and myself during appointments.
